You can return any item purchased from the eller.store online store within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Returned goods must be received by the online store within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the order to you. Return of goods with the exchange for other goods is not allowed.
Return of goods is considered valid in the case of full compliance with the following conditions:
а) The electronic return form must be correctly filled in and sent to the eller.store website within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order;
b) The reason for return must be specified;
c) The returned goods must not be used, worn, erased, modified and/or damaged;
d) The goods must have an identification label along with a one-time package;
e) The goods must be returned intact and unused in the original packaging;
f) The goods must be received by the online store within thirty (30) days from the date you received the shipment.
By filling out the online return form, you will receive a unique return identification number, which you should clearly write on the outside of the parcel. The returned product must be sent only by the postal service providing online tracking and insurance of the goods sent: the online store is not responsible for the delay in delivery or the loss of the returned parcel. Return of parcels sent without a unique identification number or with violation of the above requirements may be rejected or returned to the buyer at the discretion of the Website Administration.
Any duties, taxes and charges associated with the delivery of the purchased goods are not subject to refund. If the returned goods cannot be accepted, you will be notified of this. In this case, a return delivery of returned goods to you can be arranged, but the online store does not pay the related costs. If you opt out of the given return delivery, the online store has the right to keep the goods without returning their value.
In the event that all of the above requirements are met, the online store will refund the full value of the returned purchased goods. The cost of the returned product will be refunded by the same method and in the same amount as it was specified at the time of placing the order.
After the online store receives the returned goods and checks that they meet all the requirements, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of receipt of returned goods. Regardless of the method of payment you have used (credit or debit card), the refund procedure starts after checking by the Website Administration of the fact that the return procedure is in compliance with the above conditions.
The period of time necessary to reimburse the amount paid for the returned goods depends on the payment method used. For purchase with payment by credit or debit card: the payment refund will depend on policy of the payment system that issued the card.
In the case of gifts to third parties, the amount paid for purchases is refunded to the person who made the payment.
